iSFP

Individual renovation roadmap (iSFP)

We develop tailor-made renovation and financing options for your building.  The iSFP includes a thorough analysis of the building as well as suggestions for efficient renovation measures and financing options.

Renewable energy

When it comes to house renovation, renewable energies such as solar energy, geothermal energy and biomass offer sustainable solutions. Solar panels on the roof generate electricity, while heat pumps harness the earth's natural heat. Biomass heaters burn organic materials. These technologies reduce CO2 emissions and reduce energy costs in the long term.

We conduct a detailed analysis of the building, including its size, construction, heating and cooling systems, and insulation. We use this information to calculate the energy requirements of the building and create the certificate. There are two types of energy certificates: demand-oriented and consumption-oriented energy certificates, each of which uses different methods to calculate energy efficiency.

Our construction support ensures expert monitoring of the construction process with regard to energy aspects. From planning to completion, we ensure quality, efficiency and compliance with standards for energy-efficient construction.

​An airtightness concept describes the planning and implementation of measures that prevent unwanted airflow from entering or leaving a building. This involves protecting against moisture and mold growth and ensuring a consistent indoor climate.
